Step One: Take your wax paper or tissue paper and tear two 14” pieces off.

Step Two: Hole punch various colors of paper or you can use cut outs and confetti (I used a hole punch). Hole punch about 15-20 circles.

Step Three: Take one of the wax papers and lay it down flat. Take your circles that you have hole punched and lay them all over the wax paper. Note: I used a little dab of glue to make sure my circles did not slide around, this is optional).

Step Four: Grab your second sheet of wax paper and lay it on top of the circles. Your cut outs/circles should be sandwiched between the two pieces of wax paper.

Step Five: Lay down your wine bottle at one end of the wax paper. Tightly roll up the wine bottle.

Step Six: Use clear tape to hold the wax paper in place.

Step Seven: Stand up the wine bottle, and tie a ribbon at the top with a tag and give it as a gift.

How to Make Tissue Paper Flowers

These beautiful flowers can add some zing to a tired gift bag or replace the usual bow on a wrapped package. If you would like to get creative you can attach a pipe cleaner to the flower and add it to a vase. Now you have a beautiful paper flower arrangement for any table.

Materials: Tissue Paper (any color you wish), scissors, ruler, pen, and tape.

Step One: You need about four layers of 10×5 tissue paper.

Step Two: Lay the tissue paper flat and fold it like an accordion. Note: This is similar to making paper fans. The folds should be about an inch wide.

Step Three: Once you have folded the tissue paper, put a piece of tape, or rubber band in the middle.

Step Four: Cut the very ends of the tissue into round, pointy, or square edges.

Step Five: Connect the two ends of the tissue paper by taping it where the two ends meet. If you taped the ends together it should resemble a circle.

Step Six: Lift the first layer of tissue paper up towards the middle of the flower, separating it from the other layers. Continue to pull each layer up towards the center. You should have a tissue paper flower!
