Fall Candle Votives

These fall votives are a great accessory for any table. They are easy to make and look great!

Materials: Orange ribbon (very wide), decorative orange ribbon (I chose a very thin ribbon with polka dots), Fabric glue or tape, scissors, and small candles.

Step One: Take the wide ribbon and lay it against the candle. Measure and cut to fit.

Step Two: Adhere one end of the ribbon to the candle. Wrap the ribbon around the whole candle and adhere the other end.

Step Three: Take the thin ribbon and tie a bow in the middle of the candle.

Pumpkin Treat Bags

These cute treat bags will put a smile on anyone’s face. This simple idea is very inexpensive and very quick. Fill the bag with goodies and add a gift tag to dress it up.

Materials: Orange treat bags (smaller ones are preferable), green pipe cleaners, white card stock (for the gift tags), green card stock or decorative paper, glue, scissors, candy, and computer/printer.

Step One: Fill the bag with candy, small toys, etc.

Step Two: Curl a pipe cleaner and staple to the treat bag.

Step Three: Print a gift tag on card stock. I said, “Happy Halloween! Thank you for everything.”

Step Four: Once you have printed the gift tag, cut it out and paste it to the back of green card stock or decorative paper (so that it overlaps).

Step Five: Hole punch a tiny hole in the left hand corner of the gift tag.

Step Six: Attach the gift tag to the green pipe cleaner.
